Thank you for shopping with Hills Bay Home. We specialize in digital products, including Frame TV Art. Because digital downloads cannot be returned, our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our artwork.
1. All Digital Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or delivered.
However, we gladly assist with issues and exceptions listed below.
2. Refunds for File Issues or Errors
We will issue a refund or replacement if:
- A file is corrupted or will not open, with proof
- The wrong file was sent
- You accidentally purchased the same item multiple times
- There is a technical issue on our end preventing you from accessing your files
Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Screenshots (if applicable)
3. No Refunds For:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect device compatibility (please check file formats)
- Color variations due to screen differences
- Not understanding how to use or install digital files
- Delayed downloading caused by customer internet or device issues
If you need help using your file, we’re happy to provide support.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for digital products, but we may provide a new download link if:
- Your link expired
- You previously encountered a technical issue
5. Chargebacks
- If you believe a charge on your account is incorrect, please reach out to us directly before filing a chargeback. We can usually resolve issues quickly.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in revoked access to future purchases.
