Hills Bay Home – Business Display License

The Business Display License grants you or your company the right to display any purchased artwork from Hills Bay Home within your physical business space. This license is non-exclusive and royalty-free.

Purchasing & Proof of License

• Your proof of purchase for this license serves as your documentation—no separate license file will be issued.
• You must purchase the artwork files separately.
• If you purchased artwork prior to buying this license, the license will apply retroactively to those files.

✅ What You Are Allowed to Do

Display in Physical Business Spaces

You may display our artwork in your place of business, including:

• Real estate staging for open houses or property showings
• Waiting rooms or offices (doctor, dentist, therapist, psychologist, etc.)
• Hotels, BnBs, vacation rentals, and boutique accommodations
• Business offices, lobbies, or professional suites

Digital or Physical Display

You may display the artwork in:

• Static digital frames (including Frame TVs)

• Rotating screensavers

• Printed physical art displayed on walls within your business

No Credit Required

You may display the artwork without attribution (though we always appreciate credit!).

⛔ What Is Not Allowed

Reselling

You may not sell, share, or give away our artwork in any digital or physical form, whether altered or unaltered. Legal action may be perused. 

Redistribution or Reproduction

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing files
• Reproducing the artwork for distribution
• Copying, sublicensing, or bundling it with other products
• Uploading the files to any platform for download

AI Use

You may not use our artwork in AI prompts, training datasets, or as reference material for AI-generated images.

Claiming Ownership

Copyright and full ownership of all artwork remain with Hills Bay Home.

Logos, Trademarks & Branding

The artwork may not be used in any logos, trademarks, or business identity materials.

Non-Transferable

This license applies only to the purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person or business.
